Paper That Matters

Families here in Cache Valley still keep a lot on paper. Photographs sit in a shoebox. Tax returns sit in a filing cabinet. The deed to the house, the kids’ drawings, and grandmother’s letters haven’t been seen in years.

What happens when the basement floods?

What happens when the photographs just fade?

You have home insurance, but that doesn’t restore the one-of-a-kind documents that are legally, financially, or emotionally valuable.

A Copy You Control

Offline Systems can scan your paper documents and photographs and stores the copies digitally. You get the files on DVDs, Blu-rays, or hard drives. If you like, we’ll even encrypt them alongside an encrypted backup if you want that, too.

You hand us a box. We give you a copy you can find, and a copy you can keep. The originals come back to you. We don’t keep your papers, and we don’t upload your family’s files to Apple, Google, or Microsoft.

A scanner at home sounds simple until the pile is three feet high and the machine doesn’t like old photographs. This is ordinary work for us.

Your family’s papers should stay in your family’s hands.
