Repairs, Installations, and Upgrades
Repairs
When something breaks or misbehaves, we want you to get the repair experience that works for you. That starts with when and where you want your equipment repaired. A lot of folks need something done right now, so we come and fix the problem on-site. If you’re not in a hurry, though, most folks like the convenience of having someone collect their hardware and return it when the problem is solved.
Installations & Upgrades
When it comes to installations, we don’t just do computers. We like televisions, DVD and Blu-ray players, video game consoles, surveillance systems, printers, scanners, copiers, home media servers, 3D printers, stereos, smart home gadgets, Christmas lights, or just about anything with wires coming out of it.
Moreover, we take pride in keeping things tidy. After you get the TV, Blu-ray player, and speakers all connected, we don’t want the next guy spending 20 minutes figuring out where all the wires go. Besides, you don’t want to be nervous about inviting the neighbors over and seeing a rat’s nest back there!
Finally, before we go, we’ll make sure that you’re comfortable running your new equipment.
Quick Visits & Maintenance
There’s a lot of little jobs that can be done for all kinds of hardware, but we think one example explains best how we like to do business – printers.
The most common calls we get for quick visits involve printers. These visits can be for toner, drum, or ink replacements, paper jams, or just plain “not working”. On top of it all, most people need their printers working after work and school.
So, to make life easier, just call us when you need us.
Most problems can be addressed in about half an hour. Especially for regular customers, we try to keep extra toner, drums, or ink on hand for your printer. If you just need that computer to print that homework assignment, we’ll get it going. The point is that we want to be in and out without a lot of fuss or a big bill.
We like to apply that attitude to everything we do. We want neighbors to be neighbors. We don’t want your night or our night to be ruined over something simple.
